Be an active resident of the Pomeranian voivodship

Be an active resident of the Pomeranian voivodship – activating monitoring of the society’s completion of public task in order to reach the goals of the nation’s ecology policy and environment protection, based on a balanced development in the Pomeranian voivodship. The Project was developed by the Science-Technology Foundation ‘Gdańsk’ and our Foundation is its’ essential partner. The Project is adressed to the residents of the Pomeranian voivodship insterested in ecology issues (such as working out a strategy of action in the protection of the environment, nature, animals, waters) and motivates in active participation in Ecological Organization Forums. Within the Project there are 14 editions of “Seminars on our environment for the active residents”. These are both informative (such as the topic of three pillars of balanced development or renewable energy sources) and connected to local issues concerning the protection of environment (waste, incinerators, alternative energetics, etc.). In 2012 a Citizen’s Office for Intervention was established that will give adice, consultations and will allow the citizens an easier access to information.
