III renewable energy meetings in Gdańsk
Physics students’ scientific association of the Gdańsk University of Technology and “Hybryda”, a student section of the Polish Chemical Society, organised at the southern courtyard of the university, in co-operation with institutions and organizations working in this field, such as: Buderus Technika Grzewcza, ENERGA Zakład Elektrowni Wodnych, Foundation of Energy Saving in Gdańsk, AOS Sp.z o.o. Asket, Graso, Odnawialne Źródła Energii, the Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion and the Polish Wind Energy Association, small trade fairs and a series of lectures on the topic of renewable energy. This event presented various topics, such as: solar collectors and heat pumps, hydro power, designing wind power stations and biomass processing technologies.
The Baltic Eco-Energy Cluster and Prof. Jan Godlewski, Ph.D., the dean of the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, took patronage over this event.
