Ministry of Regional Development (Intermediate Bodies) on the basis of the beneficiary and
the Implementing Authority for European Programmes (Auxiliary Institution) has agreed to
extend the Project to 31st March 2012.

Ministry of Regional Development (Intermediate Bodies) and the Implementing Authority
for European Programmes (Auxiliary Institution) has agreed to extend the Project on 31st
December, 2011.

Because it was not possible the timely preparation of the Regional strategies for energy
development for Doneck, Lviv and Odessa Oblasts and the Projects of propositions’ plan
of providing in a heat, electric energy and gas fuels for cities Konstantinivka (Donetsk
oblast), Zydachiv (Lviv oblast), Balta (Odessa oblast), Ministry of Regional Development
(Intermediate Bodies) and the Implementing Authority for European Programmes (Auxiliary
Institution) and the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels have agreed on continuation of
Project on 31st October, 2011.
